About me
I’m Sophie, a yoga teacher with a love of mindful movement. My classes are designed to help you move in ways that feel good — building strength, resilience, and a deeper connection between mind and body.
I aim to empower everyone to find their own practice, working at their own pace and honouring where they are at each day. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’re very welcome here.

Vinyasa flow
A steady, dynamic flowing class designed to build strength, improve balance and gain a greater connection with your body and mind.
Chair yoga
Gentle, supportive yoga using a chair to help you move in new ways with confidence — perfect for improving mobility, strength, and balance.
1:1s
Personalised sessions tailored entirely to you — your body, your goals, and your pace. Ideal if you want more individual support, are working with an injury, or simply prefer a quieter setting.
